From VVS Films, now available on DVD, Blu-ray and VOD, Sneak Peek director John Luessenhop's "Texas Chainsaw 3D", starring Alexandra Daddario and Dan Yeager, picking up from the events of "Poltergeist" director Tobe Hooper's 1974 black comedy feature.
"...the new film focuses on the 'Sawyer' family, picking up where Hooper's film left off in Newt, Texas.
"Decades later and hundreds of miles away from the original crimes, 'Heather' learns she has inherited a Texas estate from a grandmother she never knew she had.
"After embarking on a road trip with friends to uncover her roots, she finds she is the sole owner of a lavish, isolated Victorian mansion. But her newfound wealth comes at a price as she stumbles into the mansion’s dank cellars..."
Cast also includes original actors Gunnar Hansen, Marilyn Burns, John Dugan and Bill Moseley.
