According to reports, AMC's "The Walking Dead" spin-off TV series pilot, now has a title, story synopsis and has cast two main characters:
Actors Frank Dillane ("Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince") and Alycia Debnam Carey ("Into The Storm") have been cast in the pilot for AMC's "The Walking Dead" companion series, to be directed by Adam Davidson ("The Day Trippers'), under the production title "Cobalt".
"...the pilot will be set in the same time-frame as 'The Walking Dead' but in a different location, following a male divorced teacher and a female guidance councillor trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. Dillane will play the drug-addled son of the guidance councillor and Debnam Carey will play her 'ambitious' daughter..."
