"Terminator 6" - New Leaked Set Footage

Take a look at leaked footage from the Hungarian set of director Tim Miller's "Terminator 6" (working title), including a helicopter sequence and car chase,  starring Linda Hamilton as 'Sarah Connor', Arnold Schwarzenegger as the scientist who created the 'T-800' machine in his own likeness, Mackenzie Davis ("Halt and Catch Fire") as a human soldier from the future and Gabriel Luna as a new 'Terminator', in a direct sequel to James Cameron's "Terminator 2: Judgment Day", targeting a November 15, 2019 release:

"We are shooting 'Terminator 6' in June to the middle of October," Schwarzenegger previously said.

"I am looking forward to coming back as the 'T-800' model.

"It's gonna' be great with Tim Miller as the director and Jim Cameron is kind of supervising the whole thing..."

Miller has assembled the best of his "Deadpool" crew including Second Unit Director Philip J Silvera, Art Director Lucienne Suren and DP Ken Seng...

...shooting on sets in Europe to replicate the setting of New Mexico...

...focusing on new character 'Dani Ramos' a teenage Mexican girl.

Assembling a 'writers room' , Cameron brought in screenwriter Billy Ray ("The Hunger Games"), David Goyer, Justin Rhodes, and Josh Friedman to craft the new script...

...with Ray 'polishing' the material, conceived by Cameron, Miller and Skydance founder David Ellison.

Cameron said the new trilogy will have "...predator drones and actual discussions...

"...on the ethics of having a robot have its own kill decision possibilities..."

"When I became aware of the fact that I could back into a control position on the rights, I started to ask myself artistically, 'Is there anything there?

"Is there anything to be said that I haven’t already said, and that would even be relevant in the 2020's ?

"I thought, 'Well, let’s look at that'. I mean, a lot of the things that were science fiction in 'Terminator' are now around us…"

"The 'Terminator' films are all about artificial intelligence. But I would say we're looking at it differently than when I wrote the first story in 1982. That was just your classic 'technology bad, smart computers bad' kind of thing. Nowadays though — it's got to be a much more nuanced perspective.

As for Schwarzenegger’s character, Cameron said "...there could be a reason all the 'Terminators' looked like the same person...

"...based on a man whose 'DNA' was used to create the robot's human appearance.

"But who was this man, and what was his relationship to 'Skynet'?..."

"I think James Cameron and Tim Miller came up with a concept where they can continue on with the 'T-800' but make a whole new movie," said Schwarzenegger.

"What they are doing now with this one is basically to just take a few very basic characters, like Linda Hamilton's character and my character, and dismiss everything else.

"Just move away from all these rules of the timeline and other characters..."
