Universal Calls Off "The Hunt"

Citing 'bad marketing', Universal, home of the most Famous Monsters of Filmland and the excreable MSNBC, has canceled the September 27, 2019 release of director Craig Zobel's $15 million budgeted 'thriller', "The Hunt", starring Betty Gilpin' as 'Crystal', a kidnapped 'deplorable', who gets deadly revenge on a gang of left-wing 'killer elites' :

"...12 strangers mysteriously wake up in a clearing. They do not know where they are or how they got there. They discover that they have been chosen to be hunted in a game devised by a group of rich 'elites'.

"The hunters gather in a remote facility called the 'Manor House', but their sport gets derailed when one of the hunted, 'Crystal' (Gilpin), fights back and starts revenge killing the elites, one by one..."

Cast also includes Ike Barinholtz, Emma Roberts and Oscar winner Hilary Swank.
