"The Matrix Resurrections" is directed by Lana Wachowski, starring Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, reprising their roles as 'Neo' and 'Trinity', opening in theaters and streaming on HBO Max December 22, 2021:

"Dawn breaks on a new day, as the 'Architect' and the 'Oracle' meet to discuss the newfound peace between man and machine. The Architect agrees to allow any human to leave the Matrix and the Oracle predicts peace between man and machine will last as long as it can. 'Sati' arrives and asks if they'll ever see Neo again. The Oracle replies, 'I suspect so. Someday'..."
