From TorontoFilm.Net, take a look at the superhero 'Soldier Boy' (Jensen Ackles), as he appears in Season Three of the live-action comic book adaptation "The Boys", streaming in 2021 on Prime Video:

"Soldier Boy, able to dodge bullets as well as punches and blows easily, is an expert user of his shield, of which he uses as a melee weapon.
